Our special behavioural dog grooming service is designed for dogs who need extra care, space, and time to feel secure during their groom. Please note: we are unable to take on dogs with a known bite history at this time. This needs very specialist care.

We work with you and your dog to understand their feelings and behaviours, addressing their needs with a bespoke grooming care plan.
You and your dog are invited to visit the spa multiple times before their groom so they can build trust with the environment and the groomers.
We begin with shorter sessions and an adapted grooming approach to accommodate your dog’s needs.
Your dog is supervised throughout. We watch for any triggers or signs of stress and offer plenty of breaks so your dog can decompress.
If your dog has reactivity to other dogs, we are able to accommodate this. The salon is a large space with lots of different, safe areas that are separated by doors and gates.
Dogs are rarely shy about expressing how they’re feeling. It’s up to us humans to understand what our four-legged companions are telling us – especially when it comes to meeting their needs and increasing their confidence.
